1. What is the Looners Joie de Vivre Festival all about?
Imagine a world where the joy of being alive is celebrated at every moment. A world filled with likeminded people where everything is a beautiful experience. A world where hot air balloon rides meet DJ sets in the beautiful South of France. That's the Looners Joie de Vivre Micro Festival for you. We offer a unique blend of adventure, music, and luxury for an unforgettable experience.
2. Where exactly is this extraordinary festival taking place?
Our festival is located in the picturesque South of France in the Languedoc region. Further location details will be provided in your ticket confirmation email.

3. How many people will be attending the festival?
In order to create the best and most highly curated experience, we are capping the festival attendance at 250 people. ​
4. What IS included in my full experience package?
Luxury accommodations for four nights, breakfast each morning, dinner each night, full day and night programming, transportation to and from all programmed activities, and many surprises along the way.
5. What is NOT included in my full experience package?
Flights and any transportation to and from the festival, some alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, spa treatments, food outside of breakfast, dinner, and programmed daytime snacks.
6. How can I arrange my own transportation to the festival venue?
We'll be providing information for a local transportation company through which you can arrange your travel to the festival location once you have arrived to Narbonne or one of the neighboring cities. These details will be shared closer to the event date.
7. How can I secure my spot at the festival?
You can purchase tickets for the Looners Micro Festival through our website.
8. Can I attend the festival if I am under 21?
To ensure the best experience for all our attendees, the festival is open to those aged 21 and over. Remember to bring valid identification for entry.
9. I've changed my mind. Can I get a refund on my ticket?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, if the event is cancelled by us, rest assured that you will receive a full refund. Also, you are welcome to request a transfer of your ticket to another person who wants to attend the event in your place. To request a transfer, please email bonjour@loonersjoiedevivre.com.

10. How will payments work during the festival?
​The Joie de Vivre festival will be charging by credit card.
This is a cashless event.
11. Will dietary restrictions be adhered to?
Yes! You will have the opportunity to list any dietary restrictions during your ticket checkout process that we will adhere to throughout the event. All food included in the festival is VEGETARIAN.

12. What time can I check into my château accommodations on June 29th and what time do I need to check out by on July 3rd?
Check-in on June 29th is from 3pm-10pm. We recommend arriving as close to 3pm as possible on June 29th in order to experience the full flow of the programming we are providing.
If you miss the check-in period on June 29th, there will be another opportunity to do so on June 30th from 10am-2pm. If you arrive later than 2pm on June 30th, you will not be able to check-in and participate in the festival.

13. How can I ensure I'm being a good festival-goer?
We encourage all attendees to follow our festival's code of conduct. This ensures a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone.
14. Is there a donation included in my ticket purchase?
Yes! Profit from the festival will be donated to support Looners Camp returning to Burning Man in 2024.
